w210 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, and How We Play Fair

Welcome to w210. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w210 ("w210", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the w210 platform, including the website at https://w210.onl, all associated mobile interfaces, and every product offered thereon including sports betting, live casino, ludo games, poker, virtual sports, and all related services.

By registering an account on w210, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact us at support@w210.onl before completing registration. Do not create an account if you do not agree to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules take precedence for that product only.

To register and maintain an account on w210, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. w210 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We may require proof of age at any time and will suspend accounts pending verification.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration. Registering under a false name or providing fraudulent identity information is grounds for immediate permanent account closure.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of w210 or any of its partner companies.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or an undisclosed third party. All bets and transactions must be placed by you, for your own account.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control. This number is used for account verification and security purposes.

During registration you will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a password. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. w210 reserves the right to close any account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

w210 conducts age verification checks as part of its standard account opening process. Enhanced verification (KYC) may be triggered at a later stage, typically before a withdrawal above Rs 50,000 is processed. You agree to cooperate with all verification requests promptly.

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one active w210 account at any time. Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, w210 will close all duplicates, transfer the balance of any legitimate deposits to a single verified account, and may void any winnings generated on duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify w210 immediately at support@w210.onl.

w210 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all w210 accounts — enabling it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Account closure can be requested at any time by contacting w210 support. Where a real-money balance exists at the time of closure, w210 will process a withdrawal of that balance to the registered payment method within the standard processing time. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

All deposits and withdrawals on w210 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. w210 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposit must belong to the account holder.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallets; Rs 500 for card payments; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly.
• Bank IBFT deposits are credited within 1–2 hours.
• Card deposits are credited within 5–15 minutes subject to bank processing.
• w210 does not charge a fee on deposits. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, are separate from w210's services.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the most recent deposit. Where multiple methods have been used, w210 may request confirmation of the preferred withdrawal method.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 1–2 hours.
• KYC verification is required before any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 can be processed. This is a one-time process — once completed, future withdrawals of any amount proceed without further document requirements unless circumstances change.
• w210 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal where the account is under investigation, where KYC documents are outstanding, or where the withdrawal would constitute an attempt to circumvent bonus wagering terms.

w210 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, VIP cashback, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, the requirement must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• VIP Club cashback on w210 carries zero wagering requirements — it is credited as real money and can be withdrawn without restriction immediately upon receipt.
• Free bets are credited to your account as a non-withdrawable stake. Winnings generated from a free bet are credited as real money and may be subject to a single 1x wagering requirement as stated in the relevant promotion.
• w210 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a running promotion will complete it under the terms in force at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses cannot be used to bet on certain excluded markets as specified in individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded markets using bonus funds may be voided.

If you believe you have met the conditions of a promotion and your bonus has not been credited correctly, contact w210 support within 7 days of the qualifying event and we will investigate within 48 hours.

All bets placed on w210 sports markets are subject to these Terms and any specific market rules published within the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until w210 has issued a confirmation reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet should be treated as not placed. Check your bet history if in doubt.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. w210 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes for individual accounts without prior notice.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. If the odds change between your selection and confirmation, w210 will display the updated odds before you finalise the bet.
• Obvious errors: w210 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error (for example, odds of 100.0 on a heavy favourite). Decisions on obvious errors are made by w210 management and are final.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned. If an event starts but does not complete, settlement follows the specific rules for that sport as published in the platform.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed, not the final result, for markets such as next goalscorer. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled after placement.
• Accumulator bets: All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to return a profit. If one leg is voided, it is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator recalculates without that leg.

w210 is the sole and final arbiter of all sports betting disputes. Any decision made by w210 in relation to bet settlement is final once the settlement window for that market has closed.

Live casino games on w210 — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and game show formats — are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. The game rules specific to each title are displayed within the game interface and govern the outcome of each round.

• Bets are accepted only during the designated betting window for each round. Bets placed outside the betting window are automatically declined.
• The outcomes of all live casino games are determined by physical randomness — real cards dealt from real shoes, real roulette wheels, and so on. These are not RNG games. Results are final once the dealer announces the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the game will be settled according to the outcome once the connection is restored or upon reconnection. If the round cannot be settled due to a technical fault, the stake is returned.
• Players must not use software, tools, or systems designed to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities in live casino tables. Such activity will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Table minimum and maximum bets are displayed within each live casino room and may vary between tables of the same game type.

Ludo Games and Poker on w210 are player-versus-player formats. You are competing against other registered w210 players, not against the house. The following rules apply across all competitive formats:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping, sharing hole cards in poker, or coordinating Ludo moves — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans for all players involved.
• Multi-accounting: Playing on multiple w210 accounts within the same Ludo room or poker table is prohibited. Detected multi-accounting results in disqualification, forfeiture of the buy-in or entry fee, and permanent account closure.
• Use of bots: Using automated software to play Ludo or Poker on w210 is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using bot software will be immediately suspended, all associated winnings voided, and deposited funds returned.
• Disconnection policy: In Ludo, a disconnected player's turn is skipped once the timer expires. In Poker, a disconnected player is treated as having folded. w210 is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet connection.
• Poker tournament buy-ins and Ludo entry fees are non-refundable once a game has started. Refunds are processed only in the event of a server-side failure that prevents the game from completing.

w210 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be an entertaining pastime — not a source of financial stress or emotional harm. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are available to every registered player from the Responsible Gaming section of the site.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to a deposit limit require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time alerts: Configure notifications that remind you how long you have been playing and prompt you to take a break.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from w210 for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or deposit, but your balance is preserved and withdrawals can still be initiated.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended. All pending withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method.

• w210 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, even if w210 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• w210's maximum aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of related events is capped at the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.
• w210 is not responsible for internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, or device failures that affect your ability to place, modify, or close bets.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

w210 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — we will notify you by email to your registered address or by in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change meaning, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or product features — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of w210 after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
